AOI Equipment Stage
❅ Different light sources (visible light, confocal light…etc) equipped in AOI → weight increases
❅ The size of object becomes smaller → higher resolution required
❅ Faster scanning rate → stable and light stage required
❅ ALC makes AOI stage more stable r

Thermal Fan Stabilizer
❅ High-end AOI (ex. with LASER) is along with thermal fan. The vibration from the thermal fan will interfere the precision of AOI
❅ With ALC as the stabilizer, the equipment can have better precision with thermal fan

3D Printer Damping Pads
❅ ALC damping pads can stabilize 3D printer head from thermal fan vibration. Better and more stable printing quality can be achieved.
❅ The microstructure of printed objects shows that with equipping ALC damping pads, the surface is smoother and the dimensions are more accurate.

Drone Gyroscope Stabilizer
❅ The accuracy and stability of a drone's gyroscope are often influenced by the rotating propellers' vibration.ALC damping washers can stabilize the drone so that flying accuracy and efficiency can be improved.
